Shipping Policy

At Tineco NZ, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Once an order is placed, our warehouse processes it within 1-2 business days. After processing, your order is picked, packed, and dispatched from our Auckland warehouse using New Zealand Post.

Standard delivery across New Zealand typically takes 2-5 business days. However, delivery times may vary due to factors such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before dispatch, as we are unable to alter product selections or quantities once an order is submitted. If an address change is required after dispatch, we will do our best to assist, but this may cause delivery delays.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos of the issue along with your order details so we can assist you promptly.

While we always aim for timely deliveries, external factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
